At elty, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This policy explains our shipping process so you know what to expect when shopping with us.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following regions and countries:
- European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.
- Other European countries: Norway, Switzerland, and Ukraine.
- International: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.
Shipping is free to all supported countries. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
The daily order cut-off time is 1:00 PM (GMT+01:00). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed from the next business day.

- United States (US): 4–9 business days
- Canada (CA): 4–9 business days
- European Union (EU): 4–9 business days
- Norway, Switzerland, and Ukraine: 4–9 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time (typically 4–12 business days combined).
Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or weather conditions. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us — we will help resolve the issue or arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Process
Orders are shipped via trusted global courier services. Depending on your destination, your order may be delivered by:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel online. In some cases, parcels may be delivered without requiring a signature. Couriers may leave the shipment in a safe location and provide photographic proof of delivery.
Missing or Damaged Items
- Missing items: Report within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Notify us within 48 hours with photos — we will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered (including confirmation of safe-place delivery or photographic proof), elty is not responsible for theft or loss of the shipment.
