Shipping policy
At Hashi we prepare and ship your order quickly and safely. Here is how it works:
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders from €40 (all packs).
- With 1 bottle, shipping by Correos costs €3.95.
Timing
We prepare your order within 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday) once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (GMT+1), at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
Delivery takes 6 to 12 business days depending on your location.
Tracking
As soon as we ship your order, you receive your tracking number by email or WhatsApp. More on the Order tracking page.
Order not arrived?
If 20 business days have passed since shipment and you have not received your order, write to us: we investigate and, where appropriate, send you a replacement or refund you.
Damaged or wrong product
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the problem. We cover the return shipping and send you a new product or refund you.
Once the carrier marks a shipment as delivered (including delivery to a safe place or with photo proof of delivery), Hashi cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
